CPSPlay Published - A Quasi-GIF Tool

CPSPlay originated from CommonPhotoStar, which focused on bringing images to life by generating Flash content. However, since Microsoft has abandoned Flash, development on that software came to a halt. Gradually, we developed the Video Snapshots Player feature, and last year, we began to phase out Flash, adding video snapshot capturing capabilities. In previous years, we relied on other playback software to capture video snapshots, but now it has become an independent tool.

This software also has a companion application called BirdPlayer, which is not yet fully packaged but has similar functionality and a potentially simpler usage, sharing the same Album. The software may seem ordinary or even simplistic, but I hope that through this attempt, I can create more opportunities for interaction with everyone.
